If we aren’t currently your go-to pharmacy, that is ok.  You can still receive the vaccine from us as we are dedicated to the health and well being of our community.  However, we would love the opportunity to serve you long-term.  Transferring to us is simple. Things to have ready before your appointment:

• Please bring your medical/medicare and prescription insurance card. There is no fee for the patient. Also, please bring photo ID to your appointment.

• If this appointment is for your second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, please bring your vaccination card with you to your appointment.
